Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to students
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop lesson plans and instructional materials in line with the curriculum
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Business Studies or related field

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or related field

Experience:

Previous experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level is desirable

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the Business Studies curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience using innovative teaching methods
