Responsibilities
- Work closely with students with SEMH needs, providing one-on-one support and guidance.
- Implement individualized behaviour management strategies and interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement personalised learning plans.
- Foster a positive and safe learning environment for students, promoting their social and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to the school team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant certifications or training in behaviour support or related fields is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
