As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you'll play an integral role in maintaining this supportive and inclusive environment.

The Role: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you'll work closely with a child on a 1:1 basis, occasionally engaging in group learning activities. While prior experience working with children is essential, Team Teach training is desirable but not essential. Your primary responsibility will be to support the child's behavioral development, collaborating with school staff and existing behavior plans to enhance classroom behavior and overall achievement. Over time, you'll establish a supportive relationship with the pupil, serving as a mentor and role model.
