Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, School Hours
Daily Rate: £80 - £115 PAYE (dependent on experience)

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining this supportive and inclusive environment.
The Role: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you'll work closely with a child on a 1:1 basis, with occasional group learning activities. While previous experience working with children is essential, Team Teach training is desirable but not essential. Your primary responsibility will be to support the child's behavioral development, working alongside school staff and existing behavior plans to improve classroom behavior and overall attainment. Over time, you'll build a supportive relationship with the pupil, acting as a mentor and role model.
