The school radiates positive energy, committed to aiding students in overcoming challenges and reintegrating into mainstream education.

About the Role:

As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you'll be the guiding superhero for students with SEMH needs, leading them towards success! Your mission is to establish strong connections, nurture positive relationships, and motivate students to regulate their behavior. Initially a temporary position, there's an opportunity for permanent placement for those who rise to the challenge.

What We Need from You:

If you possess a fervent desire to make a difference and have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, you're precisely the individual we're seeking! Confidence in managing behavioral challenges and effectively re-engaging students is crucial. Though not mandatory, qualifications in Team Teach and experience with SEMH needs would be highly advantageous!
