Your Role in Gillingham:
As a Behavior Support Mentor, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviors among students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building positive relationships with students to establish a safe and supportive environment.
- Implementing effective behavior support plans and strategies.
- Assisting students in developing social and emotional skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
