Your Role in Gillingham:

As a Behavior Support Mentor, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviors among students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building positive relationships with students to establish a safe and supportive environment.
  • Implementing effective behavior support plans and strategies.
  • Assisting students in developing social and emotional skills.
  • Providing one-on-one mentoring and support to address specific needs.
