We are looking for an individual to work with Key stage 3 and Key stage 4 students with Social , Emotional and Mental health needs in an amazing college. The role involves supporting students and class teams with behaviour that challenges, analysing and redirecting the behaviour in a positive manner, therefore we are looking for someone with experience working with SEN students in schools setting and the ability to prioritise and plan a working day/ week in line with regular duties, based on input from senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have an Enhanced DBS that is on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through us.
  • Have experience working with SEN students
  • Have a Safeguarding Certificate or be willing to complete a FREE course supplied by us.
  • Be available to work during term time.
  • Have the correct Right to Work in The UK documentation.
