We are looking for individuals to work within SEND schools in Hounslow, to support children with Autism or complex needs in some amazing primary & secondary schools. The role involves supporting students and class teams with behaviour that challenges, analysing and redirecting the behaviour in a positive manner, therefore we are looking for someone with experience working in schools settings and the ability to prioritise and plan a working day/week in line with regular duties, based on input from senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will:
- Have an Enhanced DBS that is on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through us.
- Have a Safeguarding Certificate or be willing to complete a FREE course supplied by us.
- Be available to work full-time during term time, usually 8.30am-3.30pm every day.
- Have the correct Right to Work in The UK documentation.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
