About the Role:

As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you'll be the guiding force for students with SEMH needs, empowering them towards success! Your mission involves building strong connections, fostering positive rapport, and inspiring students to manage their behavior effectively. Initially a temporary role, there's potential for permanent placement for those who excel.

What We're Looking For:

If you're driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact and have prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, you're the ideal candidate! Proficiency in handling behavioral issues and adeptness in re-engaging students are essential. While not mandatory, qualifications in Team Teach and experience with SEMH needs are highly advantageous.
