Primary School Adminatration Officer 

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our school office.

 

The role would involve:

  • • general school office admin
  • • placing orders
  • • Using FMS to input orders and process invoices. We therefore ideally would like someone who is experienced at using FMS)
  • • HR admin
  • • maintaining the Single Central Record
  • • maintaining pupil records, including using SIMS

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administration Officer, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with HR or finance administration is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
