We are currently supporting a friendly and inclusive school in Telford looking to appoint a passionate Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a great chance to inspire and support pupils in a caring and collaborative environment.

About the Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners and help foster a love of learning. You will support the academic progress and personal growth of your pupils, while working closely with colleagues to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Plan and teach effective lessons aligned with the national curriculum

 

 

  • Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment

 

 

  • Track and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback

 

 

  • Differentiate learning activities to suit individual needs

 

 

  • Collaborate with the year group team and wider school staff

 

 

  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff

 

 

  • Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECTs welcome

  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4

  • Strong classroom management skills and a positive approach

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities

  • Commitment to teamwork and ongoing professional development

  • A passion for supporting children’s learning and well-being
