We’re supporting a primary school in BD7 with a challenging but rewarding Year 3 class that’s ready for a fresh start. They’ve got potential—they just need the right person to lead the way.
This role isn’t suitable for Early Career Teachers. The school is looking for a confident classroom presence with the experience to manage behaviour, build strong routines, and maintain high expectations from day one.
What you’ll be doing:

Teaching a full-time Year 3 class with behaviour support in place

Using structure and consistency to create a safe learning environment

Working closely with pastoral and SEND teams

Turning tricky days into turning points for pupils who need it most
We’re looking for someone who:

Has UK QTS and 2+ years’ classroom experience

Can manage behaviour positively and consistently

Knows how to engage pupils who might have barriers to learning

Isn’t fazed by a challenge and thrives on making a difference
