We are working with a welcoming and community-focused school in Telford that is looking to appoint a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a lasting impact in a supportive environment.

About the Role

The school is seeking someone who can bring energy, creativity, and care to the classroom. As the Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You'll play a key role in supporting the academic and personal development of your pupils while contributing to the life of the school.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum

  • Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely feedback

  • Differentiate learning to ensure all students are supported and challenged

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to year group planning

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community

  • Take part in staff meetings, training, and wider school events

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or ECTs welcome to apply)

  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • A positive, nurturing approach to teaching and learning

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A commitment to continuous professional development and teamwork
