We are working with a welcoming and community-focused school in Telford that is looking to appoint a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a lasting impact in a supportive environment.
About the Role
The school is seeking someone who can bring energy, creativity, and care to the classroom. As the Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You'll play a key role in supporting the academic and personal development of your pupils while contributing to the life of the school.
Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum

Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely feedback

Differentiate learning to ensure all students are supported and challenged

Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to year group planning

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community

Take part in staff meetings, training, and wider school events
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or ECTs welcome to apply)

Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3

Strong classroom management skills

A positive, nurturing approach to teaching and learning

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A commitment to continuous professional development and teamwork
