We’re working with an Ofsted Outstanding school in East Bristol looking for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to support a lovely Year 3 pupil as they settle into the new school year.

You’ll be a familiar, friendly face each day, helping build confidence, routines, and engagement with learning. This isn’t just support work, it’s relationship-building at its best.

The hours:

  • Monday & Friday: 8:15am–12:15pm

  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:15am–3:15pm

What you’ll be doing:

  • 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil throughout the school day

  • Assisting with tasks, focus, transitions, and confidence in class

  • Collaborating with the class teacher and SEND team

  • Supporting wider classroom routines when needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with TA or school-based experience (KS2 ideally)

  • Calm, consistent and great at building trust

  • Proactive and ready to support learning creatively
