You’ll:
✅ Support one child in Year 3 to access learning, routines, and friendships
✅ Adapt activities to meet their needs with patience and care
✅ Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress
✅ Help create a safe, encouraging environment where the pupil can thrive
What you’ll need:
✨ Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally with SEND (autism, ADHD, speech and language)
✨ A calm, positive, flexible approach
✨ Commitment to a full-time, long-term role
