Ready to start the new academic year with a role that brings out the best in you and your pupils? We’re on the hunt for a kind, creative, and confident Year 1 Teacher to join a vibrant, inclusive primary school in Brent this September.

Location: Brent
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time

What you’ll be doing:

In Year 1, you’ll help children take that exciting leap from early years into more structured learning – without losing the magic. With your encouragement and imagination, they’ll grow in confidence, build new skills, and start seeing themselves as learners.

You’ll be supported by a warm, experienced team and a leadership team that genuinely listens. Together, you’ll create a classroom where every child feels safe, seen, and ready to thrive.

What we’re looking for:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • A nurturing, inclusive teaching style

  • A creative flair for planning and delivering engaging lessons

  • Great communication and collaboration skills

  • Year 1 or KS1 experience? Fab – but not essential!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • A happy, supportive school community that puts people first

  • Leadership that invests in your development and wellbeing

  • A clear path for progression, wherever you are in your career

  • Competitive pay on the Main Pay Scale
