Job Title: Work Experience (WEX) Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated Work Experience Coordinator to join our education team. You will work closely with the Work-Related Career Lead (WRCL) to deliver a comprehensive career-related programme for Year 12 and 13 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with WRCL to coordinate the career programme
- Identify and support students ready for work experience
- Source and secure suitable WEX placements
- Conduct Health & Safety checks on employers and businesses
- Monitor placements and ensure employer feedback is completed
- Compile reports on career learning outcomes
- Support delivery of workshops and career events
- Engage with employers and volunteers to enhance vocational learning
- Support students in preparing for post-18 education and employment
- Occasionally undertake flexible hours including evenings
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Driving Licence (non-negotiable)
- Experience in Careers & Guidance
