About the Role:
As a Vocational Teacher in a SEN setting, you will:

Deliver practical and engaging lessons across vocational subjects (e.g., Construction, Horticulture, Catering, Hair & Beauty, or similar)

Adapt teaching strategies to suit a wide range of learning abilities and needs

Support the development of life and work skills that prepare students for independence and employment

Work closely with SEN support staff, therapists, and senior leaders to ensure a tailored and holistic approach to education

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience teaching or training in vocational subjects, ideally within a SEN or alternative provision
