We’re on the lookout for passionate and energetic Teaching Assistants (no qualifications required!) to join a vibrant and supportive school in Bristol. If you're driven by purpose and want to make a real impact in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), this is your moment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups during fun and engaging lessons

  • Helping to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Encouraging students’ confidence, independence, and social development

  • Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning plans and preparing classroom resources

  • Collaborating with a close-knit team of passionate educators

We’re Looking For:

  • No formal qualifications needed—just your passion, patience, and positivity

  • Any experience with children or in a care/support role is a bonus

  • Team players with great communication skills

  • People who are resilient, compassionate, and eager to learn

  • Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, and able to travel within Bristol
