What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups during fun and engaging lessons

Helping to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

Encouraging students’ confidence, independence, and social development

Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning plans and preparing classroom resources

Collaborating with a close-knit team of passionate educators
We’re Looking For:

No formal qualifications needed—just your passion, patience, and positivity

Any experience with children or in a care/support role is a bonus

Team players with great communication skills

People who are resilient, compassionate, and eager to learn

Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, and able to travel within Bristol
