We’re working with secondary schools across Wiltshire to bring enthusiastic, motivated Cover Supervisors into classrooms. You do not need any teaching qualifications to carry out this role, but we do offer FREE TRAINING ON THE ROLE OF A COVER SUPERVISOR.

You’ll be the person who keeps lessons running smoothly when teachers are away. an amazing way to build real classroom experience and see if teaching is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising classes and making sure students complete pre set work

  • Creating a calm, positive classroom environment

  • Managing behaviour fairly and effectively 

  • Collecting work at the end of lessons and passing it on to teachers

  • Following safeguarding procedures and keeping pupils safe

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You’ve got a degree or strong subject knowledge (core subjects are a big plus)

  • You’ve worked with young people before (in schools, youth work, coaching, or any setting)

  • You’ve got great communication skills and a calm, confident presence

  • You want to make a difference in students’ lives and gain experience in education

  • You already live in the UK and have the right to work here
