Do you have a flair for performance and a passion for inspiring young people? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Unqualified Drama Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Wolverhampton. This role is perfect for someone with strong drama experience—whether through teaching, coaching, or the performing arts—who’s keen to share their creativity in the classroom.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading engaging drama lessons and workshops across KS3 and KS4

  • Encouraging confidence, teamwork, and self-expression in students

  • Supporting the department with productions, performances, and extracurricular drama clubs

  • Building positive relationships with pupils and bringing energy to every lesson

What we’re looking for:

  • A background in drama, theatre, or performing arts (no formal QTS required)

  • Confidence in leading a class and managing behaviour

  • A creative, adaptable approach to teaching and learning

  • A genuine passion for helping young people thrive
