We’re working with an inclusive and friendly secondary school in South Gloucestershire that’s on the lookout for a Creative Learning Support Assistant. This is someone who can connect with pupils in imaginative, engaging ways. Think painting, role play, Lego therapy, music... no two days are the same, and that’s the fun of it.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils in class with learning, play, and social time

  • Using your creativity to help children engage in the curriculum

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups, especially with pupils who might need extra emotional or behavioural support

  • Being that calm, steady presence every classroom needs

What we’re looking for:

  • No formal teaching qualifications needed, just experience with children or young people

  • A creative thinker with a warm, patient personality

  • Someone who’s happy to muck in, adapt, and support wherever needed

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in youth clubs, theatre, art spaces, or anything people-centred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
