Trainee Teacher
If you have ever thought about being a teacher but you do not want to commit to a PGCE year, you can register as a trainee teacher and sample secondary school life for yourself. You will work with teachers within the classroom, on a small group and one to one basis and cover classes in the absence of a teacher.

Positive attitude
Previous experience of working with children
This role is for an academic year so that both you and the school get to know each other before embarking on your training year where you will gain your QTS. The schools are actively interviewing now.
