About the Role:
Protocol Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join vibrant schools across Lambeth. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to support young people in reaching their full potential.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to provide targeted support, encourage student participation, and help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need additional help

  • Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom resources

  • Encourage positive behaviour and support emotional wellbeing

  • Contribute to the overall progress and development of students

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting learning

  • An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Right to work in the UK
