We’re looking for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Merton. You’ll be the extra pair of hands that helps lessons run smoothly and the steady support that makes a real impact on pupils’ learning.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils in lessons, small groups, and 1:1 sessions

Working alongside teachers to create a safe and engaging classroom environment

Encouraging children to build confidence and independence

Providing extra support for pupils with SEND when needed
What we’re looking for:

Experience working with children (school-based or youth/community work)
-
A calm, positive approach and strong communication skills
-
Genuine passion for supporting children’s education
-
SEND experience is an advantage, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
