We’re looking for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Merton. You’ll be the extra pair of hands that helps lessons run smoothly and the steady support that makes a real impact on pupils’ learning.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils in lessons, small groups, and 1:1 sessions

  • Working alongside teachers to create a safe and engaging classroom environment

  • Encouraging children to build confidence and independence

  • Providing extra support for pupils with SEND when needed


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with children (school-based or youth/community work)

  • A calm, positive approach and strong communication skills

  • Genuine passion for supporting children’s education

  • SEND experience is an advantage, but not essential
