About the Role
Protocol Education is seeking passionate and committed Teaching Assistants to support schools across Lambeth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is eager to make a positive difference in the classroom.

Responsibilities

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils

  • Assist children with additional needs, including SEN support

  • Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

  • Prepare learning materials and resources

  • Contribute to school life and extracurricular activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or youth setting

  • A caring, patient, and adaptable approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Safeguarding certificate (or willingness to complete training)
