Protocol Education is seeking passionate and committed Teaching Assistants to support schools across Lambeth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is eager to make a positive difference in the classroom.
Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils

Assist children with additional needs, including SEN support

Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Prepare learning materials and resources

Contribute to school life and extracurricular activities
Requirements

Previous experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or youth setting

A caring, patient, and adaptable approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Safeguarding certificate (or willingness to complete training)
