About the Role
Protocol Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join schools across Wandsworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in both primary and secondary settings.

Responsibilities

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons

  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to reinforce learning

  • Assist with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment

  • Provide support to children with additional needs, ensuring inclusivity

  • Help prepare learning materials and resources

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children (school, tutoring, childcare, or volunteering)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive, supportive, and nurturing approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
