We’re looking for a qualified British Sign Language (BSL) Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or above) to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Leeds this September. It’s a place where inclusion isn’t a buzzword—it’s embedded in everything they do.
The role:
You’ll be supporting students with hearing impairments in both mainstream classes and tailored sessions, helping them access learning, build confidence, and feel heard in every sense of the word.

You’ll need to have:

A Level 2 or higher qualification in British Sign Language

An understanding of how to adapt lessons and environments to suit individual needs
