Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Lambeth

About the Role:
We are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary and secondary schools in Lambeth. You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored classroom support, encourage pupil engagement, and help create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils in lessons, small groups, and one-to-one settings

Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation

Provide support for children with additional needs (SEN), where required

Encourage pupil progress and help build an inclusive atmosphere
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable)

A passion for education and supporting young learners

Right to Work in the UK

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Good communication and teamwork skills
