About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils in schools across Sutton. The role involves working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons, supporting small groups and individual pupils, and creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils in lessons, small groups, and one-to-one sessions

  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management

  • Provide extra help to pupils with SEN where needed

  • Encourage pupil progress, independence, and confidence

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable)

  • A genuine passion for supporting young learners

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Right to Work in the UK
