Protocol Education is looking to appoint caring and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join inclusive and welcoming SEND schools across the region for September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of pupils with additional learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEND including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning delays.

  • Help implement EHCP targets and individual support plans.

  • Encourage emotional regulation, communication and social development.

  • Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and therapists to ensure every child receives the right support.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND (in education, care, or youth settings).

  • A nurturing, patient and adaptable approach.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • A commitment to supporting inclusive learning.
