About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across Wandsworth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and supporting young people to thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities

Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Assist with behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment

Support pupils’ social and emotional development

Help prepare learning materials and resources
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar setting desirable)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach
-
Right to work in the UK
-
Willingness to obtain or update an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
-
Safeguarding training (can be provided if not already held)
