What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils in lessons, small groups, and on a 1:1 basis

  • Assisting the teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment

  • Encouraging children to develop confidence, independence, and resilience

  • Providing extra support for pupils with additional needs when required
