What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils in lessons, small groups, and on a 1:1 basis

Assisting the teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Encouraging children to develop confidence, independence, and resilience

Providing extra support for pupils with additional needs when required
