Teaching Assistant – Wandsworth

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools in the Wandsworth area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils’ learning and development while building valuable experience within education.

Role responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across primary and/or secondary settings

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs (SEND)

  • Assisting with classroom management and promoting a positive learning environment

  • Helping with lesson preparation and contributing to wider school activities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based or other settings)

  • A genuine passion for education and supporting student progress

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • An up-to-date Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
