The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of pupils. Your role may include one-to-one support, group work, or general classroom assistance. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone looking to build a career in education or teacher training.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils across a range of subjects and activities

  • Help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment

  • Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons

  • Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning

  • Supervise pupils during lessons, transitions, and break times


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children (in a school, tutoring, childcare, etc.)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A patient, positive, and flexible approach to supporting students

  • A genuine interest in working in education

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is a plus but not required
