The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of pupils. Your role may include one-to-one support, group work, or general classroom assistance. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone looking to build a career in education or teacher training.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils across a range of subjects and activities

Help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment

Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons

Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning

Supervise pupils during lessons, transitions, and break times
Who We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with children (in a school, tutoring, childcare, etc.)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A patient, positive, and flexible approach to supporting students

A genuine interest in working in education

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is a plus but not required
