We’re working with schools across the North East to place staff into rewarding, full-time classroom support roles—and we’ll support you every step of the way.

Backed by training that makes a real difference

We’re proud to offer access to free Thrive training—a trusted, trauma-informed approach used by schools across the UK to support pupil wellbeing and behaviour.

Our Introduction to Thrive course gives you the tools to:

  • Understand and support children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs

  • Build positive, lasting relationships with pupils

  • Help create calmer, more focused learning environments

It’s a highly valued skill that schools look for—and it’ll give you the confidence to make an impact from day one.

What your role could involve:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

  • Helping to manage behaviour and maintain routines

  • Assisting the class teacher with learning and engagement

  • Supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs

What we’re looking for:

  • Availability Monday to Friday (term time only)

  • A caring, proactive, and dependable approach

  • Experience working with children or young people (ideal but not essential)

  • Interest in education, care, psychology, or SEND
