Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Teacher (Teaching Assistant) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to supporting young people to achieve their best academically and personally, in a nurturing and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  • Provide targeted support to individual students and small groups.
  • Assist in planning, preparation, and assessment activities as directed.
  • Promote the school’s multi-faith ethos and core values.
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Act as a positive role model, consistently demonstrating the school’s virtues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
