Protocol Education is delighted to present an exciting opportunity to join a state-of-the-art special school in Telford dedicated to educating children with complex and severe learning difficulties. We are seeking compassionate and motivated Teaching Assistants to support pupils in a nurturing environment that combines outstanding resources and expert care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist classroom teachers in delivering tailored support to pupils with special educational needs
• Support the development of pupils’ social, emotional, and educational skills
• Facilitate inclusive learning activities using outstanding ICT and other resources
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Contribute to pupil progress monitoring and feedback
• Collaborate with the wider school team, including participating in professional development and training sessions

• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and CPD opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
