EYFS Teaching Assistant – Camden Primary School

Contract: Full-time, term-time only (long-term placement)

We’re working with a welcoming and creative primary school in Camden looking for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team full-time from September. If you’re passionate about giving young children the very best start to their education, this could be the role for you.
The Role:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering fun, play-based and engaging lessons

Leading small group and 1:1 activities to develop early literacy, numeracy, and social skills

Encouraging curiosity, independence, and positive behaviour
-
Helping to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

Providing additional support for children with varying needs
We’re Looking For:

Experience in an Early Years setting (nursery or reception)

A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
-
Good communication and teamwork skills
-
EYFS/Childcare qualifications (Level 2 or 3) are desirable but not essential

A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
