The Role
We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and diverse school community in Lambeth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working with young people, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the classroom.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting pupils’ learning across a range of subjects and abilities.
What You’ll Do

Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons

Work one-on-one or in small groups with pupils to support learning and development

Assist with classroom management and day-to-day activities

Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Support children with additional needs where required
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting

A patient, flexible, and encouraging approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow

Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
