  • Supporting pupils with their learning, both 1:1 and in small groups

  • Helping the class teacher keep lessons on track and engaging

  • Pitching in with everything from phonics to playground duty

  • Experience working with children (school-based or transferable)

  • A caring, adaptable approach and a genuine love of helping young people

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
