Classroom Support Roles – South Bristol & North Somerset
Full-time, part-time, and flexible opportunities available

If you’ve ever thought, “I’d love to work in education, but I’m not a qualified teacher,” this one’s for you.

We’re on the lookout for people who want to make a real difference in classrooms, whether you’re guiding a pupil through tricky phonics, helping with lunchtime routines, or just being that calm, kind presence when the day gets a bit hectic.

No two days are the same, and that’s part of the magic. You might be supporting pupils with additional needs, helping a teacher keep things running smoothly, or leading small group activities. Whatever the task, you’ll be making school life better for students, teachers, and yourself.

What’s in it for you?

  • Flexible roles that fit your lifestyle—choose full-time, part-time, or a few days a week

  • Schools across South Bristol and North Somerset who genuinely value their support staff

  • Free access to our CPD Academy (Thrive training included!)

  • Weekly pay through PAYE—no umbrella faff

  • Support from a friendly, local consultant who listens

What we’re looking for:
You don’t need classroom experience (though it’s a bonus). If you’re patient, proactive, and great with people, we’ll guide you the rest of the way.

Roles include:

  • General Classroom Assistant

  • 1:1 SEND Support

  • Behaviour Mentors

  • Early Years Practitioners

So if you're ready to bring your energy, empathy, and ideas into a school setting—we’re ready for you.

Apply now or drop us a message. Your next chapter could start right here.
