We’re looking for caring, committed and flexible Teaching Assistants to join welcoming primary and secondary schools across Cambridge. Whether you have experience in SEN, SEMH, 1:1 support or are confident in a general classroom TA role, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups, helping them access learning

  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

  • Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion for all pupils

  • Helping pupils with special educational needs reach their full potential

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children (school-based or other relevant settings)

  • Is calm, patient and adaptable

  • Understands the importance of safeguarding and child protection

  • Has a passion for education and making a positive impact
