We’re recruiting Secondary Teaching Assistants for several welcoming schools in West Leeds. These full-time roles start in September and are ideal for anyone passionate about education—whether you’re an experienced TA or just starting out.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support in the classroom

  • Helping students stay focused, access learning, and build confidence

  • Assisting with behaviour management and lesson prep

  • Working closely with teachers and SENCOs across different subjects

What schools are looking for:

  • A calm, encouraging presence who connects well with young people

  • Previous school experience or relevant background in youth work, mentoring or SEND (not essential)

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills

  • Someone who’s reliable, adaptable, and ready to learn on the job
