About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils in schools across Merton. The role involves assisting teachers in the classroom, supporting small groups and one-to-one sessions, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils in lessons, small groups, and one-to-one settings

  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management

  • Provide additional support to pupils with SEN where required

  • Encourage pupil engagement, progress, and confidence

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in a school setting (desirable)

  • A genuine passion for supporting young learners

  • Right to Work in the UK

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
