What You’ll Be Doing

Support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum

Provide general support for the class or 1:1 or small group support, tailoring your approach to each child’s needs

Help create a calm, inclusive environment where pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to learn

Assist with classroom routines, behaviour support, and safeguarding

Encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child you work with

What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone with a calm, adaptable approach and a genuine love for supporting children:

Experience working with children (in schools or similar settings)

Team spirit and a proactive, positive mindset

A clear understanding of safeguarding and behaviour support

Bonus if you’ve worked as a TA before—but we welcome career changers and new starters too!
Desirable Skills and Extras

Experience supporting learners with SEND
-
First Aid certification or Thrive training

A relevant TA qualification (not essential, but a nice bonus)
