Daily Supply Teaching Assistant – North West London

Looking for flexibility without giving up the joy of classroom life? We’re working with a small, community-focused primary school in North West London seeking reliable Teaching Assistants to join their supply team from September.

This is an ideal opportunity if you’re looking to work around other commitments, gain experience across year groups, or build strong connections in a single, supportive school—without a long-term contract.

About the role:

  • Day-to-day support in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on school need

  • Helping children with learning, routines, and engagement

  • Supporting teachers with classroom tasks and behaviour management

  • Providing one-to-one or group support where needed

  • Being a friendly, consistent face that pupils can rely on

What we’re looking for:

  • Some experience in a primary school or EYFS setting

  • A calm, positive and flexible attitude

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

  • Availability for at least two days per week (term-time)
