Teaching Assistant – North West London (Zone 2)

We’re working with a thriving large primary school in North West London looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join them for the entire academic year from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a welcoming and supportive team where you’ll have the chance to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community.


The Role:

  • Supporting pupils in class, small groups, and 1:1

  • Assisting with the delivery of engaging lessons across the curriculum

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment

  • Supporting children with additional needs to access their learning

  • Working closely with teachers to provide the best outcomes for pupils


We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in a primary school setting (KS1 or KS2)

  • A proactive, positive and adaptable approach

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Thrive training is a bonus — we can offer this free if you’re not yet trained
