We’re working with fantastic primary and secondary schools across Camden who are ready to welcome enthusiastic graduates into full-time Teaching Assistant roles this September. No experience? No problem—we’ll support you every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting teachers in class and leading small group activities

  • Getting to know pupils and helping them stay on track

  • Bringing energy, curiosity, and fresh ideas into the classroom

  • Gaining real-world experience and classroom confidence before you train to teach
