Early Years Teaching Assistant – Camden

Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Pay: £90–£100 per day (PAYE, paid weekly)
We’re working with a lovely primary school in Camden that’s looking to appoint a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant from September. This is a full-time role supporting pupils in Nursery and Reception, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nurturing, play-based learning environment.

What the role includes:

Supporting children aged 3–5 with learning, play, and routines

Helping to create a calm, engaging, and safe classroom environment

Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team

Supporting children with additional needs, where required

Encouraging independence, confidence, and early communication skills
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a nursery, EYFS or primary setting

A warm, patient, and proactive approach
-
Level 2 or 3 in Childcare/Early Years (ideal but not essential)

Strong teamwork and communication skills
-
A genuine interest in early childhood development
